Our vertical sliding sash window has been designed with the dimensions of the sash frames, meeting rails and glazing bars made slim and with traditional mouldings. To carry the weight of double glazed units, our sliding sashes are hung on smooth running, concealed springs. This neat, unobtrusive mechanism provides a discreet and visually superior alternative to the more commonly available spring balances.

Ideal for conservation areas, historical building projects, refurbishments or distinctive new build developments our sash windows offer traditional timber sash window sightlines with a choice of elegant glazing bars. These expertly crafted, well-built windows incorporate quadruple weather-strips and extremely high insulation (1.1W/m²K) sealed glazing units which minimise heat loss and down draughts. As with all items in our range, our sash windows are fully factory finished in a choice of micro-porous paint or stain finishes.

Made to order in a range of sizes and styles, our sash windows are available in engineered redwood and are factory glazed with argon gas filled sealed units comprising soft coat energy saving glass.
